How do I burn XBOX roms on to a DVD in format the XBOX 360 will reconize as a XBOX game?

On the first XBOX you can download programs called emulators to put onto a hacked XBOX those will play "roms" and can range from an Atari or Nintendo game all the way to a Nintendo64 or SegaSaturn.
