i have bought x box hello 2 game for xmas for my son because the assistant from game told me it will play in a x box 360 console. he also suggested i buy hello 1 so that my son can have the complete story. is this true?? becuse if not i will have to

yes,this is definately true,i know because i have them,if his xbox is a newish one(1-2yr old)then it shouldnt need an update from xboxlive,which is easy enough to do anyway,if hes on live ya'v got no problem what so ever,
i think the game you are talking about is actually called halo,not hello,.lol
